The data controller is Hüseyin Fırıncı, an independent interior architect and environmental designer. Privacy enquiries and data-subject requests can be sent to hello@huseyin.design.

Depending on how you use the site, the following information may be handled:

• the contact details, identity information and project information you choose to include in an email or contact-form message;
• the content and history of correspondence needed to answer your enquiry;
• limited technical request data, such as IP address, browser/device information, requested URL, date and time, processed by the hosting and security infrastructure;
• your selected site language, stored locally in your browser.

Please do not include sensitive personal data or information that is not necessary for your enquiry.

Data is used only to receive and answer enquiries, understand and evaluate a possible project, manage pre-contractual or project-related correspondence, operate and secure the website, prevent misuse, and establish, exercise or defend legal rights where necessary.

Information is collected electronically when you send an email, submit the contact form, visit the site, or select a language. Under Article 5(2) of Turkish Law No. 6698, the relevant grounds are that processing may be necessary to enter into or perform a contract, to establish, exercise or protect a right, and for the controller’s legitimate interests where your fundamental rights are not harmed. The language preference is stored on your device to provide the version you selected.

No separate consent is requested for ordinary project enquiries because consent is not relied on for these activities.

The site is delivered and protected through Cloudflare. Contact-form messages are transmitted to the portfolio email address through FormSubmit; FormSubmit states that form submissions may remain in its archive for 30 days. Email providers may also process message data. These providers receive only the data needed to supply their technical service.

Because some provider infrastructure may be located outside Türkiye, use of the site or form may involve an overseas transfer within the meaning of Article 9 of Law No. 6698. Data may also be disclosed to legally authorised public bodies when required by law.

Enquiries and related correspondence are kept only for as long as needed to answer the request, evaluate or carry out the possible project, comply with an applicable legal obligation, or protect legal rights. They are then deleted, destroyed or anonymised as appropriate. Technical records are retained according to the relevant service provider’s operational and security periods.

huseyin.design does not currently use advertising, behavioural analytics or marketing cookies. The site stores only the selected language in your browser’s local storage so it can remember your preference. For that reason, no separate cookie-consent interface or Cookie Policy is currently required. If this changes, the notice and consent mechanism will be reviewed before the relevant technology is enabled.

Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you may ask whether your personal data is processed; request information about processing; learn its purpose and whether it is used accordingly; learn the recipients in Türkiye or abroad; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction where the legal conditions apply; request that correction, deletion or destruction be notified to recipients; object to a result arising solely from automated analysis that is against you; and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
